Dr. Loree is certified to train clinicians and others on the Stable-2007/Acute-2007, and enjoys supporting clinicians as they develop competence utilizing the SARATSO-authorized risk assessment tools.

Dr. Carrie Shinske, Psy.D
Dr. Shinske has overseen over 2000 offenders mandated to receive sex offender treatment, and she has been responsible for ensuring contract compliance, and adherence to the containment model, and she promotes consistency in clinical and operational procedures.

Kristine Hansen, LPCC
Kristine Hansen, LPCC, earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York at Albany. Since 2018, she has held various positions at HOPE and is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Operations, based in the Salinas office.

Kelli Shiflet, LPCC
Kelli Shiflet received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is a mental health clinician with over four years of working in the mental health and forensic field with adults and adolescents with sexual behavior issues.

Adriana Curiel, LCSW
Adriana Curiel, LCSW is a Clinical Director, who graduated from the advanced standing master's program at New York University in 2016. She has worked with the sex offender population since 2017. Since starting with HOPE, Adriana has assisted in standing up the San Luis Obispo office, working closely with our federal stakeholders, and managing the SF/SM locations.

Pam Akins, LMFT & LPCC
Pam Akins, LMFT & LPCC, is a Clinical Supervisor who has over 20 years’ of experience working in mental health and social services in foster care, residential treatment with adolescents with sexual behavior problems and with parolees presenting with sexual behavior issues.
