Associate Clinician

HOPE Program is a distinguished forensic mental health clinic specializing in the rehabilitation of individuals who have encountered the legal system due to sexual offenses. Certified by the California Sex Offender Management Board (CASOMB), we employ cutting-edge research to provide services that mitigate the risk of reoffending while enhancing public safety.

 

Our mission is to deliver effective, confidential treatment within a non-judgmental and supportive environment, facilitating transformation and preventing future victimization. HOPE Program tailors its services to a diverse clientele, including adult male and female offenders, developmentally delayed individuals, mentally disordered offenders, sexually abusive adolescents, and a Chaperone Training Program.

The program’s Office Coordinator, you will

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office

  • Answer phones, schedule clients and group sessions

  • Track and file office documents

  • Manage supplies

  • Collect and book payments in internal systems

  • Assist staff with client scheduling

  • Run reports and provide data to the operations and/or clinical teams 

  • Support Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience 

  • Good organizational abilities

  • Exceptional communication skills, oral and written, including client interactions

  • Ability to maintain a professional composure in stressful situations

  • Ability to interact with a diverse population of clients and patients

  • Flexibility to switch tasks and priorities quickly, including changing work locations as needed

  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office tools and Google productivity tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • Ability to succinctly summarize large amounts of detailed clinical information for a non-clinical audience

  • Proven track record of effective time management

  • Attention to detail with filing documents, preparing reports, invoices, and written communications

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Ability to protect and responsibly handle confidential information
